The back seal test panel is designed to allow a controllable pressure of between 10-300 bar at the output connection.
The pressure supplied to the unit is controlled via a relief valve connected into the line which can be manually adjusted prior to subsea deployment. Pressure is monitored via a subsea rated gauge and a port is also supplied to allow for connection to a customer supplied pressure transducer, should it be required. A hydraulic operated ball valve is fitted to allow the pressure to be locked in the output line.
Hydraulic operated ball valve to lock pressure
Compensated gauge for use at depth
Adjustable pressure relief valve (set prior to deployment)
Connection for customer supplied pressure transducer provided
